ENFOCADO EN EL INMIGRANTE, CON PESPECTIVA HUMANA

I was born and raised in Colombia. I am an attorney there, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota. I have a Licentiate in Law from Basque Country University in Spain. In pursuit of personal realization, I earned a Master of Fundamental Rights at Carlos III University in Madrid.

I came to the United States in 2011, where I married with the love of my life. In 2016, I graduated with an advanced law degree, focused in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Washington University in St. Louis. I became a citizen in February of 2017 and an attorney in September of 2017. Since then, I have been practicing immigration law. I love working with immigrants, I like listening to their stories, their cases, and their questions. It is important for me to empower them with legal knowledge. When I opened my practice in March of 2019, my idea was to help immigrants, but not just in matters related with immigration law. Currently, I am practicing Immigration Law and taking cases of Minor Traffic Violations.

My office is open to assist you with your concerns. Sometimes, immigrants needs to feel safe and my goal is for you feel safe and well represented. I will advocate for you.

Yo nací y crecí en Colombia. Soy abogado graduado de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana en Bogota. Tambien soy Licenciado en Derecho de la Universidad del País Vasco en España. En busqueda de mi realización personal realicé una maestria en Derechos Fundamentales en la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

Llegué a los Estados Unidos a finales del 2011, donde me casé con el amor de mi vida. En el 2016 me gradué de un postgrado avanzado en derecho, enfocado en Negociación y Resolución de Conflictos en Washington University in Saint Louis. Soy ciudadano estanounidense desde Febrero del 2017 y abogado en los Estados Unidos desde Septiembre del mismo año. Desde entonces, he estado practicando derecho de inmigración. Me gusta trabajar con inmigrantes, escuchar sus historias, sus casos y sus preguntas. Es importante para mi empoderarlos con conocimientos legales. Cuando abrí mi practica en Marzo del 2019, mi idea fue ayudar a los inmigrantes, no solamente con temas de inmigración sino tambien con diferentes tipos de casos. Por el momento, estoy practicando derecho de inmigración y violaciones de tráfico menores.

Mi oficina esta abierta para ayudarles con sus preguntas. A veces, los inmigrantes necesitan sentirse seguros y mi meta es que se sientan seguros y bien representados. Yo abogaré por ustedes.
